Julianna Mazzei
With over a decade of experience supporting children, youth, and families, Julianna is deeply committed to guiding individuals through their mental health journeys. As the founder of Journey Mental Health Network, Julianna offers a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, specializing in helping individuals navigate trauma, addiction, and low self-esteem.

Julianna is a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with an extensive background in child development. In addition, she has substantial experience in the field of addiction treatment, where she has facilitated both individual and group therapy sessions.

Julianna believes in the transformative power of therapy and works alongside her clients to help them overcome challenges, build self-esteem and create meaningful change in their lives.

Registered Psychotherapist
Shiona Robertson
Shiona has 25 years of experience in the helping profession. She has worked in child welfare services and mental health services, providing support to youth and adults with developmental disabilities. In Scotland, Shiona managed live-in treatment programs. Since moving to Toronto, she has spent the past 15 years providing counselling services to children, youth, and families.
Shiona is specialized in providing trauma assessment and treatment. She has been trained in several treatment modalities, including EMDR, and has a keen interest in relational trauma and attachment, with a strong commitment to providing treatment that embodies trauma-informed and culturally safe practices.
Shiona is an experienced trainer who has delivered training in Scotland and to agencies across Ontario. She also provides consultation and peer supervision, as well as being a trainer in the TEMA Foundation’s peer support program for first responders and frontline service workers.
Shiona is also a full-time Professor at Centennial College in the child and youth care program.
